PPSC Punjab Forest Ranger & Inspector Physical Test Schedule 2026 is announced on today 05th of March 2026. Many young people across Punjab applied for the Forest Ranger and Inspector Forest jobs hoping to start their careers in the Forest & Wildlife Department. These jobs are considered attractive because they offer a chance to work in the field, protect natural resources, and serve the province. Now the department has officially announced the physical test schedule for the recruitment of Inspector Forests (BS-11) and Forest Ranger (BS-09).
According to the announcement from the Directorate General of Forests Punjab, the selection process will focus on physical fitness and endurance tests, and there will be no written test for these positions. This means candidates will need to prove their physical strength and stamina in order to move forward in the recruitment process.
Thousands of candidates submitted their applications before the last date of 4 March 2026. After reviewing the applications, the department started checking documents and qualifications to shortlist eligible candidates. Only those candidates who meet the required criteria will be invited to appear in the physical endurance test, which will be conducted by the Punjab Police Department.

Physical Test for Forest Ranger & Inspector 2026
The physical endurance test will be conducted by the Punjab Police Department at designated centers. Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to participate in this test.
Candidates who applied for both Inspector Forest and Forest Ranger posts will appear in one physical test only.

Physical Standards for Candidates
All applicants must meet the following physical fitness standards to qualify for the recruitment process.
- Height (Male): 5 feet 6 inches
- Height (Female): 5 feet 2 inches
- Chest (Male): 32–34 inches
- Eye Sight: 6/6 vision (with or without glasses)
Running Test:
- Male candidates: 1600 meters in 7 minutes
- Female candidates: 1600 meters in 10 minutes
- Candidates who fail to meet these standards will not proceed to the next stage of recruitment.
